CONGO BARS



Chocolate chip blonde brownies



2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, room temp
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11.5 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and mix. Add flour and mix until combined. Stir in chips by hand. Spread in greased 13x9 pan and bake for about 30 min. Let cool before cutting. Makes 16 bars.
