CRACK DIP


Crack Dip Recipe
8 Servings

16 ounces sour cream, regular or light
homemade ranch dressing mix, or hidden valley ranch dip mix
2 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped, plus more for garnish
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 scallion, sliced

Mix the sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and cheese together in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Top with scallions and extra bacon. Serve with chips.

Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix
3 tablespoons Buttermilk Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Dried Parsley1/2-1 teaspoon Dried Dil1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Mix ingredients together.
If desired, pulse several times in a blender or food processor for more of a powdery consistency.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry.
