PECAN CORNBREAD

Pecan Cornbread

2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup ground pecans
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs , beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup butter , melted

1 Preheat oven to 400*F.
2 In a medium bowl mix together dry
3 In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.
4 Add all at once to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
5 Pour into a greased 9" square baking pan.

6 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
