MY AÏOLI

MY AÏOLI
Makes 2 cups

4 to 9 cloves garlic (to taste)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch cayenne pepper

blend the garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.  Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.

Start with 2 cloves of garlic and add more to to taste.
