Gambler's Eggs

Ham, potato, and mushroom hash

Ingredients

• 4 Potatoes, boiled and diced

•

• 1 slice Ham, cut in small pieces

•

• 2 medium Onions, chopped

•

• 4 Tomatoes, diced

•

• 1 can Mushrooms

•

• 1 Green pepper, chopped

•

• 10 Eggs, beaten

•

• Butter

•

Steps

Melt butter in a skillet.

Place all ingredients except eggs into skillet. When nearly cooked, pour over eggs and cook until done.
