This cheese ball is made with Harry & David Pepper & Onion Relish. It’s available at their online store. It’s a bit spicy, so adjust the quantity of the relish to suit your taste.
Ingredients
1 jar Harry & David Pepper & Onion Relish, 11 Ounce Jar
2 packages Cream Cheese, Room Temperature, 8 Ounce Packages
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley (optional)
Preparation
Mix together relish, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and cheddar cheese – make sure to combine it well. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least two hours.
To serve, discard plastic wrap, roll cheese ball in parsley, if desired, and serve with crackers or bagel chips.
