QUESSADILLA BAR


Quesadilla Bar
Serves a crowd

Flour tortillas

Suggested Fillings
Various shredded or crumbled cheeses
Refried beans
Grilled flank steak
Shredded roast chicken
Boiled or grilled shrimp
Pulled pork
Minced green onions
Minced cilantro
Minced garlic
Sauteed mushrooms
Grilled onions
Minced chilis

Spread cheese as desired on one half of a flour tortilla, leaving just a little room at the edge. Top with additional toppings as desired; fold in half. Heat on a griddle, hot skillet, or grill until cheese melts and tortilla begins to brown; flip to brown other side. Cut into wedges and serve at once, with guacamole, red or green salsa, and sour cream.
