BAKED FUDGE

Baked Fudge

Serves 8 to 12
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla
1. Cream eggs and sugar. Add melted butter.
2. Sift flour and cocoa together and add to mixture. Add nuts and vanilla.
3. Pour into 9x12-inch greased pan. Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until crusty on top and soft inside. Serve warm with scoop of ice cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
