YIELD: 6 people ACTIVE TIME: 48 minutes TOTAL TIME: 48 minutes INGREDIENTS
1/2 C green peppers chopped 1/2 C onions, finely chopped 1 C celery, chopped
1/2 C pimentos, chopped
1 10oz can mushroom soup 1 4oz can mushrooms
1 C mayonnaise
8 T Butter
1/2 t salt
1/2 t lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 C Milk
3 C cooked rice
1 C mild cheddar cheese, grated 1 Lb claw crab meat
1 Lb shrimp 21-25ct, cooked Lemon wedges
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray 3 qt casserole dish with cooking spray. 2. Saute the green pepper, onions and celery in butter. 3. In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese. Add the sauteed vegetables and mix well. 4. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Serve with Lemon wedges.
