Htipiti, Spicy Feta Dip
Makes about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds.
