PAN SEARED SALMON PATTI LABELLE

 Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients:

Four 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets 2 tablespoons minced garlic Seasoning salt and black pepper Pinch cayenne, optional

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

Directions:

1 Sprinkle the salmon on both sides with the garlic, 1/2 teaspoon

seasoning salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and cayenne if using.

2 Heat the grapeseed oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high

heat. Place the salmon fillets in

the skillet; cook until browned and the

fish flakes easily with a fork, 3 1/2 minutes per side.
