CRAWFISH CAKES

Crawfish CakesServes 6 cakes
1 pound crawfish tails
2 teaspoons Magic Seasonings Blacked Redfish Magic
1/2 cup green onions
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1-1/4 cups French bread crumbs
Oil for sautéing.
Mix all ingredients. Form into 3/4-inch-wide cakes. Dust in breadcrumbs and sauté in oil until crisp and golden brown.
