PINEAPPLE AND MANGO SORBET

Pineapple Mango Sorbet 

PINEAPPLE MANGO SORBET

You only need 4 ingredients to make this creamy and dreamy sorbet!
yield: ABOUT 5 CUPS prep time: 15 MINUTES cook time: CHILL TIME 4-6 HOURS total time: 6 HOURS 15 MINUTES (INCLUDES CHILL TIME)
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups packed cubed fresh pineapple
2 cups packed cubed mango
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
1 Add pineapple, mango, sugar, and lime juice to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
2 Churn mixture in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer sorbet to airtight container and chill in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until firm.
3 Let the sorbet soften slightly before scooping. Serve and enjoy!

Note-make sure you use ripe pineapple and mangos. Keep sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
