Ingredients
  • Vegetable oil- ¾ cup
  • Green olives- 2 tbsp
  • Thinly sliced scallions- ½ cup
  • Fresh lemon juice- ¼ cup
  • Garlic cloves ( minced)- 4
  • Red onion ( diced)- ½ cup
  • Chili sauce-1/4 cup
  • Whole grain mustard-1/4 cup
  • Horseradish- 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley ( chopped)- ¼ cup
  • Paprika- 1 tsp
  • Cayenne powder-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper-1 tsp
  • White pepper- ½ tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender or food processor.
  2. Process until emulsified.
  3. Serve with Crab cakes or Cajun egg rolls.
  4. You can store remoulade sauce up to 4 days in the fridge.
