BEETROOT, ORANGE AND CAVOLO NERO SALAD
- 8 small cooked beetroot peeled and sliced thinly
 - 4 small oranges peeled and segmented
 - 4-6 Cavalo Nero leaves finely chopped
 - 1 onion finely chopped
 - 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
 - Pinch of chilli flakes
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and serve fresh!
