HONEY SEASONED COLLARD GREENS WITH HALF EARS OF CORN
4 qts water
4 lbs collard greens
Smoked turkey parts
1/2 cup liquid smoke
2 c chopped onions
1cup each chopped bell pepper and scallions
3 or 4 bay leaves
1 Tbsp each of parsley, black pepper, garlic, seasoning salt
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup honey
3 cups pineapple juice
8 to 10 half ears of corn
Boil together 4 hours
Add corn last ten minutes of cooking
