BOURBON AND HONEY MEATBALLS

Honey and Bourbon Holiday Meatballs

"Great appetizer or entree. I make this every Christmas so my kids call them Christmas meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or with mashed potatoes and a salad as an entree."
Ingredients
2 cups barbeque sauce (such as Jack Daniel's(R))
1 1/2 cups bourbon
1 cup honey
1 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 pound) bag frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs
Directions
Combine barbeque sauce, bourbon, honey, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes; add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until meatballs are heated through, 25 to 35 minutes.
