Grilled Fish Tacos Recipe from The Signal

Ingredients:
Small Bowl of Sliced Tomato
Small Bowl of Sliced Onion
Small Bowl of Fresh Cilantro
Small Bowl of Jalapeño
1 Lemon
1 Lime
½ / ¾ Cup of Mayonnaise
½ / ¾ Cup of Plain Yogurt
1 Avocado
Salt
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
1 ½ Pounds of Fresh Mahi-Mahi
1 Dozen Thick Corn Tortillas
Directions:
In a bowl place tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeño
Squeeze lemon and lime into that same bowl
Mix together to create a fresh salsa
In a new bowl, add mayonnaise, yogurt and squeezed lime
Stir ingredients together to create a white sauce
In a separate bowl, add avocado, salt and lime
Mix well to create a fresh guacamole
Lay out fresh Mahi-Mahi and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
Place mahi-mahi on pan to cook
Move mahi-mahi off the pan and smash into small pieces with a fork
Squeeze lime on top
To toast the tortilla, place it onto pan
When ready, place mahi-mahi pieces, salsa mix, guacamole mix and white sauce on top of crisp tortilla
