LEMON TARTAR SAUCE

1 Lemon
1 cup Mayo
4 Kosher Dill Pickles
1/8 cup of Dill Pickle Juice
Pinch of Smoked Paprika
Pinch of Salt
1 Table Spoon Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
In a bowl mix the chopped pickles, mayo, salt, smoked paprika. Squeeze half of the lemon and the pickle juice and add to the mixture. Stir as you add the fresh ground pepper and refrigerate.
