Mississippi Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained, divided
- 3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
- Assorted crackers
Directions
- Mix the first 7 ingredients and 1/3 cup pimientos. Stir in cheese.
Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, pecans and remaining pimientos. Serve with crackers.
