BRUSSELS SPROUTS in ONION CREAM

Brussels Sprouts in Onion Cream

2 pkg. Frozen Brussels sprouts, or about 6 cups fresh
½ cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 pint sour cream
salt to taste

Boil brussels sprouts till tender. (Halved or quartered if using fresh ones). Saute onion in butter till soft. Stir in sour cream until heated through. Fold in brussels sprouts.
