WASABI MAYONNAISE

WASABI MAYONNAISE

During the summer, this wasabi mayonnaise can be used for dipping steamed asparagus or other seasonal vegetables.

Wasabi Mayonnaise
Makes about 1 cup

1 cup mayonnaise 
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons wasabi paste

Combine all the ingredients and whisk to blend. Chill before using.
