CHRISTMAS CHEX MIX

Christmas Chex Mix™

Whether you're looking for a snappy holiday snack, or an easy gift for your neighbors and friends, this deliciously sweet Chex mix™ is the perfect treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

12cups Rice Chex™ cereal1bag (12 ounce) white chocolate chips1/4cup shredded coconut1/3cup dried cherries1/3cup pecans, coarsely crushed1/3cup green and red candy-coated dark chocolate pieces

Directions

Place Rice Chex™ in a large bowl.
Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and zap in microwave until melted. (Microwave ovens vary, so try 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fluid. Do not over-cook.)
Pour melted chocolate chips over Chex™.
Add coconut, cherries, pecans, and candy pieces. Toss until well coated.
Pour Chex Mix™ onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to sit in a cool, dry location until chocolate firms up.
Break into pieces. Share & Enjoy!
