Golden Vanilla Spiced Rum Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines Golden cake mix
- 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Spiced Rum
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Spiced Rum
Directions
- Preheat oven 325 degrees
- Grease 10 inch Bundt pan
- Sprinkle chopped Walnuts on bottom of pan
- In large bowl combine Golden cake mix, Vanilla instant pudding, eggs, water, oil and Spiced Rum
- Blend well and spread evenly over chopped nuts
- Bake 60 minutes until toothpick is clean. let sit in pan for 10 minutes
- On serving dish,poke holes all over the cake. Brush glaze all over cake until gone
- Glaze: bring butter,sugars,water to a boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add Spiced Rum
