GOLDEN VANILLA SPICED RUM BUNDT CAKE

Golden Vanilla Spiced Rum Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Golden cake mix
  • 1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 cup chopped Walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Spiced Rum

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees
  2. Grease 10 inch Bundt pan
  3. Sprinkle chopped Walnuts on bottom of pan
  4. In large bowl combine Golden cake mix, Vanilla instant pudding, eggs, water, oil and Spiced Rum
  5. Blend well and spread evenly over chopped nuts
  6. Bake 60 minutes until toothpick is clean. let sit in pan for 10 minutes
  7. On serving dish,poke holes all over the cake. Brush glaze all over cake until gone
  8. Glaze: bring butter,sugars,water to a boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add Spiced Rum
