PUERTO RICAN SOFRITO
2 green peppers
4 onions, peeled, quartered
3 garlic cloves
12 ajies dulces, seeds removed
1 bunch fresh cilantro
25 recao (cilantro) leaves
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 cup oil
Process all except salt and oil together.
Add salt and oil and mix well.
Store in the fridge or freeze.
