ARKANSAS BBQ SAUCE


8 ounces apple juice
3 TB apple cider vinegar
One small apple, cored and peeled
1 cup Maple Syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Molasses
One teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Cayenne pepper
One teaspoon paprika
One tablespoon yellow mustard
Three tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
One tablespoon granulated garlic powder
One small onion
2 cups Ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS
Use a food processor and mince up the apple and onion.
Place everything in a slow cooker and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Put into a mason jar.
Makes 6 cups.
