SQUAW CORN

Squaw Corn

SERVES: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
1  lb bacon, chopped
1  large onion, chopped
1 -2  green pepper, chopped
20  ounces frozen corn
3⁄4 cup brown sugar

1 Brown the bacon in a large skillet.
2 Drain most of the grease.
3 Add the onion and green pepper to the bacon and cook until tender.
4 Add the brown sugar and the corn.

5 Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until corn is lightly browned.
