Baked Sweet Potato Fries

2 small sweet potatoes, cut into wedges $0.87
1 tablespoon olive oil $0.21
2 teaspoons garlic powder $0.07
2 teaspoons oregano $0.08
1 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper $0.01

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices. Place potatoes on a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until desired crispiness. Remove from oven and serve hot.
