Pat Conroys Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shrimp (cooked)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 1/8 cup celery, minced
- 1/8 cup scallions ,minced
- Dash white pepper
- Dash salt
How to Make
- Step 1: Heat shrimp, and shake in colander, mix all together.
- Step 2: Chill.
