SHRIMP SALAD

Pat Conroys Shrimp Salad
  • Servings: 2 Prep Time: 5m Cook Time: 2m Recipe 
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound shrimp (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1/8 cup celery, minced
  • 1/8 cup scallions ,minced
  • Dash white pepper
  • Dash salt
How to Make
  • Step 1: Heat shrimp, and shake in colander, mix all together.
  • Step 2: Chill.
