5 lb red skinned potatoes
2 ounces olive oil
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:
Wash potatoes well and cut into wedges. In a large bowl mix the spices and olive oil. Add raw potatoes. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
