Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of half-and-half
- Kernels scraped from 12 ears of corn
- Lady Marmalade Seasoned Sea Salt, to taste
- Lady Marmalade Seasoned Pepper, to taste

- 1/2 cup finely diced red onions
- 1/2 cup finely diced habaero peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions with some green part
- 2 tablespoons diced fine jalapenos
- 1/2 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Preparation
Pour water into a medium-size skillet over medium heat. Add butter and cream, and stir. Add corn and seasoning. Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently for 10 minutes.
