Cutting sandwiches cleanly

When halving sandwiches with soft or slippery fillings like tuna salad or BLTs, I like to cut the top piece of bread separately, then place the bread onto the sandwich and cut through the filling and the bottom slice of bread. This keeps the filling in place and the sandwich looking neat and appetizing.
