MONTE CRISTO

Makes 1 sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of favorite bread (note: brioche was chosen for this recipe)
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves (seed in)
- 2 slices country ham thinly sliced
- 1 slice thinly sliced carved turkey
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Procedure
Preheat Air Fryer to 320°F.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one slice of bread and raspberry preserves on the other slice. Alternate swiss cheese, ham and turkey slices on bread.
Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.
Coat sandwich with the egg mixture.
Place in Air Fryer for 3½ minutes per side, until brown on both sides. Serve hot.
