ROAST BEEF AND HORSERADISH TEA SANDWICHES

Ingredients
  • 9 slices rye bread, crusts removed
  • 1 recipe Horseradish Cream (see below)
  • 9 (2-inch) squares Swiss cheese
  • ½ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • Garnish: microgreens
Instructions

    Cut each slice of rye bread into 2 (2-inch) squares.*
  • 2
    Spread Horseradish Cream on 9 bread squares. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese and desired amount of roast beef. Top with remaining bread squares.
  • 3
    Garnish with microgreens, if desired.


Notes
  • *We used a 2-inch square cutter instead of a bread knife to achieve uniformity.
