Ingredients
- 9 slices rye bread, crusts removed
- 1 recipe Horseradish Cream (see below)
- 9 (2-inch) squares Swiss cheese
- ½ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- Garnish: microgreens
Instructions
- 1Cut each slice of rye bread into 2 (2-inch) squares.*
- 2Spread Horseradish Cream on 9 bread squares. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese and desired amount of roast beef. Top with remaining bread squares.
- 3Garnish with microgreens, if desired.
Notes
- *We used a 2-inch square cutter instead of a bread knife to achieve uniformity.
